We're on the countdown now! My wife is 8 months pregnant with our second baby, and she feels like it could arrive any day now! I'm hoping he or she will hold out a little longer - not sure I'm mentally prepared for our lives to once again be turned upside down!
I need to listen to some soothing DM tunes...

Its been over a year since I last posted anything new up here, so I've just uploaded an instrumental called 'An Introduction to the Past' which will hopefully be the intro to a new bunch of tunes if and when I get the chance to record them.

Hi there,
I've uploaded a couple of my songs without the vocal track: "Lay Down" and "If You Lived Your Life Again". I really like the songs but have always felt the vocals let them down a bit, so I'd like to collaborate with some vocalists, to re-record the songs with decent vocals (as many times as there are willing vocalists - the more the merrier!). If you fancy having a go, please feel free to download the track(s), then dnote me so we can arrange to get it posted on my site.
I've included the original lyrics with the songs, and obviously you can listen to the originals to get the melody etc. But if you feel like revising the lyrics and/or melody go ahead.

In other news, today is a proud day for young Chaos: I earned my first ever $5 from music, and it was the best $5 I ever earned! I'd like to thank the kind donor (you know who you are
), and to let you know that it means a lot to me. I shall invest it very wisely tonight in the coldest pint of beer I can find
and hope that as my inhibitions are lowered, the creative juices will start flowing and the next tune will start to form in my little head.

So get this, last night I went to the Dave Matthews one off solo acoustic gig at Kings College in London, as a VIP guest! My good friend Andy knows a PR and was able to blag us free tickets. It was a totally amazing gig - Dave is both the funniest man on earth as well as being a truly great songwriter.

I'm working on some new material. Working titles are "If I'm in love" and "Never Reach You". Hopefully some of it will see the light of day (wish me luck!
